g) In matters of Occupational Health and Safety, risks have been assessed and a plan has been developed to implement appropriate preventive measures, which shall be strictly observed.
h) In terms of Data Protection, we are committed to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding the secrecy of the data contained in our proprietary files, using them solely for professional purposes.
i) In the field of labor relations, we aim to foster a collaborative, open, and flexible working environment, while maintaining a strong focus on meeting objectives.
j) Communication at all levels will be promoted. Internal and external communication systems shall be as fluid and effective as possible.
k) Professional training will be encouraged at all levels. Efforts will be made to adapt staff to the needs of the organization and vice versa. Learning from the recognition and acceptance of mistakes will be valued as an important educational tool.
