Fully automated line for cheese production using ultrafiltration

This project was developed by Perinox for an internationally leading dairy company, with the aim of optimizing fresh cheese production through the integration of ultrafiltration (UF) technology and a high level of process automation.

The implemented solution enables the efficient concentration of milk fat and protein without losses, maintaining full control over product composition and achieving a significant increase in productivity and raw material yield compared to traditional processes.

The line designed and integrated by Perinox combines:

  • Ultrafiltration systems for precise solids standardization.
  • Continuous and automated processes, with digital control of critical process parameters.
  • Hygienic and robust design, adapted to intensive industrial operation.
